Job Responsibilities: 

• Review student data for eligibility and reevaluation purposes as related to ESE procedures aligned with FLDOE protocols
• Conduct social history component of the evaluation process including bio-psychosocial assessment (i.e. Vineland) and adaptive evaluations for students
• Compile evaluation results and complete reports and share with parents and team members.
• Participate as a team member in the Initial Eligibility and Reevaluation Process as related to ESE identification in FLDOE
• Travel between campuses as required to complete evaluations and attend meetings.
• Provide and track documentation for Medicaid billing.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Training:

Masters – Psychology, Education, School Social Worker

Minimum Experience:

Coursework in Assessment/Testing

Experience working with children preferably in a testing/evaluation setting.
